Shipping & Returns



All orders are carefully inspected and packed before they are dispatched, to ensure the items are in perfect condition on arrival.

To avoid delays in receiving your parcel, we suggest that you have the item delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it.

Due to signature on delivery requirements we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery Time -- Generally, we will ship your order within 2 days, but if you require name and/or inside engraving on the ring, it will take about a week to complete the job. If you need the doll for a specific date, please allow more time than needed to ensure a prompt delivery in time for the event.

SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

*Please note that The Dark Horse is not responsible for the courier’s delivery schedule. If there are road, traffic or freight issues we will help get you your package ASAP however TDH is not responsible for the delivery once it leaves the head office.

Your ring will be begun to process after order specifications have been confirmed and payment has been received.

Each ring will ship with a gift box. We will provide a tracking number.



Return Policy


1. What is your return policy?

We promise that all Rings from Landor Crafts are made of high qaulity raw material and meet the highest standards workmanship, and must pass our rigorous quality inspection process before leaving the factory. We built our reputation one satisfied customer at a time¡ªand we intend to keep it that way. That's why your purchase should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your ring, Returns & Exchange are accepted on merchandise within 14 days. Please read the following instructions for details:

1. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
2. To return an item, you must inform us the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.
3. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, We are not responsible for packages lost in transit back to us, insurance is recommended. If you return the item after 30 days, we will only issue store credit.

NOTE: Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery. Please allow 3~5 business days after your package has been delivered for return to be processed.


2.Can I return my custom made ring?

In general all customized rings are not returnable or refundable. Please see individual description page of each ring for any exceptions. If you should order an incorrect ring size, we do offer resizing for $100.00. This includes return shipping to the jeweler and returning it back to you. Please return the ring along with the original invoice , the size that you need and your return shipping address. We suggest that you ship the package with insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit to us. When we receive the ring, we will charge your card the $100.00 resize fee.
